5. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Order weight
- Courier selection (where applicable)
Any import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your:

- Courier details

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect in the system.
7. Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is unavailable after an order is placed:

- Replacement product

8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
BoutiqueQ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- An incorrect shipping address was entered by the customer
- Receiver unavailable
- Local restrictions or customs clearance issues

Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items are eligible if:
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- There are no stains, deodorant marks, perfume smells, or damage
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
- Sale items or discounted products
- Gift cards
- Accessories (earrings, hair accessories, socks, caps)
- Custom-fit, measurement-based, or customized items
- Products used in virtual try-on, where digital customization is applied
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email support@boutiqueq.com with:
- Order number
- Item name
- Reason for return
- Clear product images
- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, you must ship the item back within 5 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was defective.
The return address will be provided by the support team based on your region.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for:
- Size issues
- Defective or incorrect items
We can provide:
- Replacement with the same item
- Exchange for a different size (subject to availability)
If the replacement is unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund (for eligible cases).
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Order cancellation before shipping
- Item lost in transit (confirmed by courier)

Refunds are processed to:
- Original payment method (card/UPI)
- Store credit (for international customers to reduce costs)

6. Return Shipping Costs
- The customer pays for return shipping unless the item is defective or wrong.
- BoutiqueQ will cover shipping for replacement deliveries only for defective items.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/videos as proof
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable
8. Cancellations
Before Shipping
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After Shipping
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
9. Customs Fees (International Orders)
Any customs charges, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are non-refundable.
Returns due to refusal to pay customs fees will not be accepted.
